My Little Bonsai delivers in France, Monaco and Euro Zone. We do not ship to the departments and territories overseas territories.
Your package will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Then adds the transit times, also of 2 days. You are therefore generally delivered 4-5 days after the order is effective if you set online. This period is indicative and may vary slightly depending on our workload or that of our carrier.

When will I receive my order?
What if my Product is Damaged upon Receipt?
In an ongoing commitment to quality and in order to protect our customers of any transport issues.
My Litlle BONSAI bears the risks related to transportation to delivery, ie up by physical delivery carrier of the product (s) to the buyer or recipient.
In the presence of an apparent anomaly:
The buyer or recipient is obliged to write to the travel voucher (if any) specific reservations and characterized on the status of the product (s) receipt (s), and to reject the goods :

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, including all taxes and VAT for France and the countries of the Euro zone. This price includes the price of products, handling, packaging and storage of goods, transport costs, insurance and commissioning.
The price is payable the day of the order confirmation.
Payment is either:
* By credit card CB and / or Visa and MasterCard
* Via PayPal

How I Can Pay in 3 Times Without Fees?
When ordering, on page choice of payment method choose "3 times free with CB" and follow the instructions.
Your card will be charged one third of the total amount of your order to validate it. The second third will be charged one month later. Finally, the balance will be debited two months later.
